    I HATE when people do other exercises taking up a machine or rack for no reason. Like curls in the squat rack or sitting on a flat bench with bar rack for chest to do concentration curls when other free benches are available. I hate that almost as much as guys who stand two inches away from the free weight racks to exercise so they can watch in the mirror…and we cannot get to weights until they are done….just my two cents…
    I was very pessimistic about Insanity when I first saw the commercial but after reading your review/blog I can say I am optimistic an d now will likely go for it.

    There are many men and women over the age of 60 either trying to build up their physique or simply trying to be more active and healthy. In addition to maintaining or creating a great physique recovery and proper technique are now even more important.
    For most of my life, I was never what you’d call “unhealthy,” but apart from participating in an office-run 5K every year (which I walked and slowly jogged), I never did much for my wellbeing. My husband and I were involved with our church, and we had three kids, all of whom are seven years apart. This meant I was involved with carpool and school activities for a good two decades. Plus, as a special agent for the federal government, I often found myself up at odd hours of the night serving warrants, and as my career advanced, dealing with progressively more stress, which eventually took its toll on my body.

You can have a lot of protein even with vegetarian, just try and find food rich with protein. I never tried it, but people using it won’t stop bragging about how energy it gives them.
