Right Trevor, though I had problems completing the fit test the first time I started. Back then I had knee problems, and after a month or so of not exercising at all started doing Insanity. Did barely finished the test standing. But after just three weeks I was in amazing shape. Since then I went coaching, doing videos from Insanity plus mountain biking in the same day. Nowadays I’m doing two Asylum videos per day 🙂 So my advice is to start one week with some mild and moderate exercise and then jump right into the Insanity program.
