    Just yesterday I reached out to my Facebook friends asking if there existed an app/game that simulated a real scenario that you would naturally have to run; like a secret agent simulator for instance. Two people in the thread suggested the Zombie Run app so I gave it a download and tried it last night. It’s a well written story that unfolds over radio transmissions as you run. Collecting supplies, evading hordes of zombies, building up the home base. It’s all in there. I would highly recommend it for any zombie enthusiast/gamer/adventurer looking for some motivation to run! And for added intensity, do the missions at night…in the rain. Makes it that much more exciting.

    Whenever you are starting a second round, or doing a second program (I did Asylum after completing Insanity) You need to take couple of days of rest. Not full rest, but light exercises, stretching, or so on. I myself, took one whole week where I did two days of full rest, one or two days of yoga exercises, and another two with minimal sports activities (cycling)… In between these days I did one video from the first month.

    2.Although I wish i can have the 6 packs but all my concern now is to just to loose my belly fat (which is not to big) and the fat around my waist (these places are very stubborn) you think is this possible after 7 weeks (since am travelling after 7 weeks and i wont be able to do the last week of the course) i want my belly to become flat 🙁

    I have had a Dexa Scan and my body fat is 25% which seems high but the Radiographer said its pretty good for my age. I am going back in 5 months so hopefully I will be lower, my main problem is fat in my Android/Gynoid ratio which is 1.7 which should be below 1, which means too much fat in my stomach.

    Pound for pound, muscle burns more calories at rest than body fat. So the more muscle you have, the higher your resting metabolic rate. And, of course, you also burn calories while you’re actually exercising.
    For many mothers, getting back into fitness after giving birth can be a huge challenge. Your body is completely different from its pre-baby (or even pregnant!) self. You’re exhausted from lack of sleep. You’re anxious to feel somehow “normal” again on all levels. Working out post pregnancy can seem downright impossible.
    A “set” is a series of repetitions that you complete without stopping. For example, if you drop down and do 10 push-ups right now, you just did 1 SET of 10 REPETITIONS (or REPS) of push-ups.
    As for lowering your body fat percentage, it is possible. Stop worrying about numbers and measurements, and just enjoy the ride- I learned this, and it changed things quite a bit. Results will appear or not regardless whether you are measuring them or not.

    As for losing 20 lbs. I think it’s definitely doable – provided that you have 20+ lbs. to burn in the first place. If you follow a healthy diet (no need to stick with the exact same plan from the program, even), have your 7+ hours of rest, and drink enough water, you’ll definitely slim down and tone your body. I’d say two months, unless you are fit enough to dive in like an insane person and complete the circuits back to back (Google Insanity Asylum, you’ll thank me – or curse me – later. My review might pop up somewhere in there, so take a look if you can) in which case a month long of Insanity might do wonders.
    I recommend digging deeper into WHY you don’t like the transitions. What’s the underlying reason deep in your subconscious that is saying, “Nope, that’s not what I want to do”? Follow the steps in this article to figure it out:
