    It’s not that people who exercise drink more; it’s that people generally drink more on days they’re physically active, which tends to be when the “social weekend” kicks off: Thursday through Sunday. One theory is that people may reward themselves for exercising by having more to drink, or the exercise triggers a desire to be more social and interact where alcohol is consumed. Not a bad correlation if you ask us.

Calvin's Zumba and kickboxing are wonderful and Jill's Zumba classes are packed for a good reason, they are phenomenal. What makes it REALLY great though is the babysitting service. It is the greatest deal EVER! For only about $10 a month, you read that right, a month, not a session, I can bring my two kids in. The room for the kids is well appointed with toys and they always ave 2 ladies in there. It is very clean and they have a TV in there for the kids which is generally on PBS kids shows. They also provide crayons and colored pencils for the kids to color with. My little two year old is always so excited to show me what she has colored in that day, be it my little pony or paw patrol. Best of all both my kids (a 4.5 year old boy and 2 year old girl) both love going there so I don't feel bad dropping them off while I workout. I suggest it to any mom I know. As far as membership sign up, they have been great with me. When my mom came out and did a $10 day pass the membership coordinator even went out of his way to reprint up her receipt (that she had since thrown out) so that she would have that cost taken off of her membership if she goes ahead and gets a membership there. The bathrooms are also always clean. After paying through the nose for equinox in the city I am very impressed at what I get at WOW in Waltham while paying so little.     Instead of eating lunch at your desk, go for a short stroll on your lunch break several days a week. A 2015 study in the Scandinavian Journal of Medicine and Science in Sports found that workers assigned to walk for 30 minutes several days a week during their lunch hours felt less tense and more relaxed and generally saw improvements in their overall moods.

    I don’t know if your still reading these but here goes; me and my friend have just started insanity and are onto day 4. As we are both uni students money is pretty tight so we are not able to follow the diet very well as we are in lectures all day. But for tea i make sure that i have either pasta bake or chicken in order to make sure i get the carbs and protein i need.

    I noticed this with my brother. He asked me to give him the set as to try how it goes. He never finished it, but being the least athletic it is peculiar as for how he started going to the gym, became more agile, and recently decided to join the fitness class that I coach. In a way, at least partially, Insanity made him the athletic type. Him and all the others from my group who were, quite honestly, hitherto couch potatoes.
