I’ve also tried some of the other workouts (forget Asylum, it’s crazy hard for me) like Focus T25 but I find too much of the “fancy footwork” too difficult for me. I like the simplicity of the original the best.
It’s easy to go overboard this time of year. Close So, is any of these facts new to you? There are many more things yet to be discovered that will surely prove to be as mind-blowing as the ones we just mentioned.
This gym is not up to par. When I joined up, I asked if there was someone who would be showing me how to use the weight machines – “oh no, just ask if you have a question.” Try to get someone here to help you. The classes leave a lot to be desired. Tried 3 different ones and it was obvious in each class that there is no consideration for newcomers and the instructors are really not that great compared to other gyms I have been at. The free weight machines are great if you get to use them – lot of men flexing their muscles (very uncomfortable). The gym parking lot is also not lit very well, so when you are trying to find a parking space at night and you have to park quite a distance, it is a little scary with the terrible lighting. So, went to cancel my membership and, of course, your trapped unless you pay the $59 termination fee and beware, they charge the last month upfront, but when you go to cancel they try and keep the last month and not give you credit. Overall, think twice about joining this gym and signing a contract!

Revived Denise Austin Body Makeover Mix I signed up for this gym a couple weeks before it opened. There was a gym there before, but it closed about 2 years ago. I signed up for the $19.95/month package because it offered a few extras that were important to me. I am able to bring a guest an unlimited number of times, and drinks in the cooler would be half priced. At the old gym in that lot, they had a very large cooler with about 20 different kinds of drinks, and I like to drink when I work out. When WOW opened up, they had no coolers so I was anxiously awaiting that addition because that was half of why I am spending an extra $10 a month. When they finally added drinks, they added 2 vending machines, and a cooler with just water in it. This is all they have to this date which is very aggravating because the water is all I get half off. They offer many many classes, have a spacious changing room, lots of machines, lots of free weights, every cardio machine has it’s own monitor. and lots of variety. My favorite part of the gym is a cardio machine that is like an elliptical, but it has an Ipod hookup. I can watch movies and TV shows that I have on my Ipod, on the TV screen. It makes doing cardio much easier and funner. All in all, I would recommend this gym to people. Friendly staff, lots of equipment, and friendly patrons.
When I was younger, and when I was starting in the gym, I thought that if I work out every day, I will get results quicker. After three weeks, I was disappointed. I couldn’t lift a thing. My body was exhausted. Some of that was result of poor diet, as back then I didn’t know I need to combine my diet with my workout.
I started the workout last week but only managed to get to day 3. I’m starting again tonight and I’m GOING to stick to it. I’m so looking forward to seeing changes in my body. I have about 20-25 pounds to loose…………..

But it’s easy to avoid problems by following these dos and don’ts for exercising with knee pain.
