Ok my one and only concern is the fact that 6 months ago I was diagnosed as having runners knee ,my knee cap was getting pulled out of place and was causing a lot of discomfort and swelling ,I have been to physiotherapist and got it straightened out and have been back playing football 4 times a week ,my one concern is after football it’s very stiff (not so much sore) and I have to be constantly stretching out the ligaments ,now I can run miles and I’m very explosive as I have very good fast twitch muscle fibres so I am blessed in that sense but I have heard that anyone who has had back or knee problem should run for the hills with the Insanity Workout
