For the past 3 months i have been getting tendonitis everywhere! It started with a strain in my arm and then my leg. Since then i have been getting tendon pain all over including my neck and wrists. Iv never known anything like it! Its as if my tendons have suddenly become week. It effects my work and iv had to stop training!
