I started up weights again about six months ago and the shoulder is perfect but now I have elbow tendonitis which has slowly gotten worse so on the one hand, I am not concerned as I know with rest it will return to being perfect but I was really on a roll in the gym so hate to give it up. I do stretch and warm up every session. My first 5-6 sets of each session are warmups, starting at a very low weight with high reps. Its frustrating to go through it again.
