I like to keep my workouts around the hour mark, sometimes a little over. I always stretch for at least 10 minutes before my workouts, to make sure I avoid injury. Also, I don't know how anyone couldn't stretch before working out. I could never do a full squat with a couple of hundred pounds on my back without stretching.
