Great article. I had shoulder tendonitis about 2 years ago which got so bad I could no longer do many lifts without pain. I started up weights again about six months ago and the shoulder is perfect but now I have elbow tendonitis which has slowly gotten worse so on the one hand, I am not concerned as I know with rest it will return to being perfect but I was really on a roll in the gym so hate to give it up.
