As for the exercises and eccentric training, there are numerous excellent articles out there, and I’ve pulled what I believe are the best exercises and made my own list. What is worth exploring in the future is the newer concept of using isometrics instead of eccentrics early in the rehab process (this I haven’t yet seen good comparison studies). Let me know if you would like more detail with the other studies and I can gladly point you in the right direction.
