I’m able to a 10k cross country race with lots of elevation but it was a real stress test for the right knee and experienced discomfort through night. I’m ready to do some therapy. I find that doing the decline squats the right leg is significantly weaker than the left which leads me to believe that strengthening the muscle support the knee will be key.
