Hey there, I think I have tendinosis but im not sure because the location of the pain doesn’t match any of those mentioned above, The pain is in the elbow but not on the outside or inside of the boney part, its more in the center of the elbow below the bicep, the pain subsides when I do a few bicep curls and only hurts when under load or I supinate my wrist and the pain feels like somewhat of a pinch most of the time, the pain isnt extreme at anytime, it never aches or just randomly hurts on its own and has been this way for around 2 months, to be honest, I decreased the load and for the past three weeks the pain associated with those movements has drastically reduced, I think it’s healing on its own whatever the problem but I just think it’s weird because given it’s location it dosent seem to match tennis elbow or golfers elbow though the symptoms match those of tendinosis.
